- A Python-only websocket bot proved unstable under real streaming load
- Needed protection against replaying stale or duplicate messages
02 / THE SOLUTION
How it came together.
We split the system into two layers: Node.js handles the websocket connection and message queueing, while Python handles LLM generation and text-to-speech.

- Agents retyped passport and document data into multiple application forms. A single typo could delay or derail an application.

- Passport and document extraction that prepares visa forms automatically, leaving staff to review instead of retype.
